Platform Role & Limitations: I understand and acknowledge that SyncPro's sole responsibility is to provide a platform to connect clients with service providers. SyncPro is not a party to any service agreement between myself and service providers. SyncPro does not employ, supervise, direct, or control service providers, nor does it guarantee the quality of their services. All contractual relationships, obligations, and liabilities exist solely between myself and the service provider. SyncPro is not responsible for the actions, quality of work, or conduct of service providers.

Payment Through Platform: I agree to process all payments for services rendered through the SyncPro platform exclusively. I understand that paying service providers directly (via cash, e-transfer, or any other method outside of SyncPro) is strictly prohibited and will void any platform protections, guarantees, and dispute resolution services. All payments are held in secure escrow until job completion is confirmed.

Payment Terms & Escrow: I understand that when I accept a quote, I authorize SyncPro to charge my payment method for the agreed amount. Funds are held securely in escrow and will only be released to the service provider upon my confirmation that the work is completed satisfactorily. I agree to release payment within a reasonable timeframe once the job is completed to my satisfaction.

Job Approval & Payment Release: I am responsible for reviewing and approving completed work in a timely manner. If I am not satisfied with the work, I agree to communicate specific concerns to the provider and allow them a reasonable opportunity to address any issues before filing a dispute. Failure to respond within 14 days of job completion will result in automatic payment release to the provider.

Ratings & Reviews: I agree to provide honest, fair, and accurate ratings and reviews for service providers upon job completion. Reviews should be based solely on the provider's performance, professionalism, and quality of work. I understand that fraudulent, defamatory, or malicious reviews may result in account suspension and removal of the review. Reviews will be publicly displayed on provider profiles.

Accurate Job Descriptions: I agree to provide accurate, complete, and honest descriptions of the work required when posting jobs. I will include all relevant details, photos, and specific requirements to enable providers to submit accurate quotes. Misrepresenting the scope of work may result in additional charges or job cancellation.

Provider Access & Safety: I agree to provide service providers with safe and reasonable access to the work location. I am responsible for securing any pets, informing providers of any hazards, and ensuring a safe working environment. I understand that providers have the right to refuse work if they deem the environment unsafe.

Communication & Conduct: I agree to communicate respectfully and professionally with service providers at all times. I will respond to messages promptly, be present for scheduled appointments, and provide reasonable notice if I need to reschedule. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account termination.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of dissatisfaction with a service provider's work, I agree to communicate my concerns directly with the provider and give them a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. SyncPro does not mediate, arbitrate, or make decisions in disputes between clients and providers. The service provider is solely responsible for resolving any issues and ensuring my satisfaction. SyncPro's role is limited to providing the platform; all disputes are between me and the provider directly.

Cancellation Policy: I understand that if I cancel a job after a provider has been booked, I may be subject to cancellation fees depending on the timing and circumstances. Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions or termination.

Platform Fees & Charges: I understand that platform service fees are included in the total amount charged for each job. I acknowledge that all fees are clearly disclosed before I accept any quote. I am responsible for all charges associated with services I request through the platform.

Verification & Account Security: I consent to SyncPro verifying my identity and payment information as part of the registration process. I am responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of my account credentials and for all activities that occur under my account.

Liability Disclaimer: I acknowledge that SyncPro is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or disputes that arise from services performed by providers. I understand that service providers are independent contractors and not employees of SyncPro. Any claims or issues must be addressed directly with the service provider or through SyncPro's dispute resolution process.
